Ola Ogunkoya

Ola Ogunkoya is a Nigerian-American actor, producer, choreographer, and cultural ambassador based in the United States. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theater Arts from Lagos State University. As the founder of Double O Productions, he has been instrumental in promoting African culture through film, music, and dance across various U.S. cities. His notable works include the film *Majemu America*, which won the OGO Yoruba Award for Best Movie in the Diaspora and was nominated for an African Oscar Award in Hollywood, California. In addition to his film career, Ogunkoya has been recognized for his contributions to the arts and culture. He was nominated for Best Lead Actor in the Diaspora at the 2016 ACI Awards and has received several accolades, including the Afro USA Best Dance Artist in 2001, the MBE Improver Award for Best Radio Segment in London in 2014, and the Custodian of African Culture Award in 2017. His work continues to bridge cultural gaps and promote African heritage through entertainment.
