Atupa centers around Farayola, a dedicated female medical practitioner whose life takes a tumultuous turn after a series of tragic events. Three formidable witches visit her traditional home, issuing grave threats. Shortly thereafter, Farayola loses a patient during childbirth, leading to the revocation of her medical license.
